If you or your loved one require an appointment outside of regular clinic hours, we are proud to offer ConvenientCare. ConvenientCare is an acute care clinic for evaluating and treating minor or short-term illnesses and injuries.

VERMILLION: OCT 5, 2-6PM & OCT 18, 3-5PM
Please bring completed consent form for each person receiving a flu shot along with a copy of your insurance card. Available for age 6 months and older.
